The Collaborative Governance Framework
The collaborative governance is a human-centered framework used in Townhall Muda's Networking Session.
Designed to foster synergy in view points and actions, It begins with an empathy for different view points. The collaborative journey unfolds in three ways:
1. Synthesizing: Consolidating ideas and generating a set of common issues
2. Mapping: Collectively identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities
3. Transforming: Designing concrete and collaborative action steps"

Sigi Green Talent Taskforce
Youth and policymakers together design a policy brief for improving workforce welfare, revitalizing sustainability-based entrepreneurial ecosystem, and maximizing environmental conservation.
Townhall Muda Policy Taskforce
At Townhall Muda, we go beyond mere bridging; our mission is to foster sustainable interaction between the government and local changemakers, resulting in an improved livelihood for communities across Indonesia.
One of the key strategies we employ is facilitating partnerships between the public and community sectors through advocacy. This approach enables the creation of policy taskforces that turn aspirations into actionable policies.
For instance, the Townhall Muda Sigi initiative gave rise to a collaborative taskforce, uniting the regental government and local youth. Together, they designed a comprehensive policy recommendation aimed at enhancing workforce welfare, revitalizing the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and promoting environmental conservation.
