Global Future Fellows (GFF) is an intensive residency program for mid- to senior-level decision-makers from various sectors, to ignite transformative and collaborative actions.
Featuring Masterclasses on Collaborative Governance, Panel Talks, and Social Networking, we facilitate a rich collaborative learning environment – where participants exchange best practices and cultivate valuable connections with peers and experts. The culmination? A Collaborative Action Plan, synthesizing fellows’ desired collaborative actions.
Each GFF tackles a critical challenge, from climate crisis, energy, food/agriculture, education, to healthcare.

Dr. Rina Kristanti
Head of Administration (KSBTU), DG of Sustainable Forest Management, Ministry of Environment and Forestry
"Bounded rationality is one of the challenges in policymaking. In addition, there is a culture in Indonesia where stakeholders work in silos and not across sectors.
The existence of a multisectoral platform such as this GFF opened my mind about food security especially the role of KLHK, how it is implemented in the field, and how other sectors play a role. At the end of the residency, we agreed on a joint collaborative action plan to realize food security in Indonesia."

"Global Future Fellows was appealing to me - a great platform for like-minded young individuals ...
Prevention is the key to moving forward in our healthcare system; how we can predict healthcare and mitigate the risk. There are a lot of potential collaborations between Indonesia and Australia ... digital literacy training for health providers and primary healthcare preparedness in responding to the health impact of climate change."
